Discover which foods grow best in the West Linn area (Zone 9a) and how to cultivate a thriving, nutrient-rich garden. This program explores a variety of colorful, seasonal produce along with the optimal times to plant them for maximum yield and flavor. You’ll also learn how phytonutrients support health and how incorporating fresh, garden-grown foods into your diet can help reduce disease risk and promote overall wellness.

This class will be taught by Katherine Ferruzzi, MScN. She has been our cooking demonstration instructor, and has a passion for gardening.
