  • A healthy gut plays a key role in reducing the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and certain cancers. This program provides an overview of the gut microbiome, what it is, and why it matters. Participants will learn how the gut microbiome supports digestion, immunity, inflammation control, and overall health, as well as explore foods that promote a healthy gut, including fiber-rich foods, fermented foods, and resistant starches.
