Art Gallery Application

The application period has now closed

This is the application for hanging wall art in the Community Room. If you have 3D art to be exhibited in our display cases, please fill out this application.

Please read the entire policy and the FAQ before filling out this application. Please make sure you include all the information requested in this application. Incomplete applications will be disqualified. We will not accept applications from artists who have exhibited here in the past 24 months. The deadline is 5pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. After submitting your application the screen displays a message that says "Thank you, your submission has been received." This is your only confirmation and you will not receive a confirmation email.

West Linn City Hall now has exhibit space in Council Chambers. Please indicate if you would be interested in exhibiting your work there as well if you are accepted for a library exhibit.

Provide five high-quality images of your work below. The file name must correspond to the title of your piece. For example a piece titled Fruit Bowl must have a file name such as fruitbowl.jpg. Please provide the dimensions of your piece along with the title. NOTE: If you get an error message when uploading your files, use a different browser or clear your browser's cache. If you are still getting the error message after doing that, please email your entire application and five high-res images to chill@westlinnoregon.gov.
