Tax Forms at the Library

The only post office in Portland that will accept tax returns up until midnight on April 17 is the main location in Portland at 715 NW Hoyt St. Click here for a list of locations that will accept tax returns up until 9pm.

See the table below for what we have in stock. You can also access all IRS forms and instruction booklets on the IRS website.

The Oregon Department of Revenue no longer sends state tax booklets to any libraries. You can download state tax forms from the Department of Revenue website. Or call 1-800-356-4222. (Please note that there is no short form this year.)
