Tax Forms at the Library

The library has many federal tax forms and instructions. See the table below for what we have in stock. You can also access all IRS forms and instruction booklets on the IRS website.

The Oregon Department of Revenue no longer sends state tax booklets to any libraries. You can download state tax forms from the Department of Revenue website. Or call 1-800-356-4222. (Please note that there is no short form this year.)

This year's tax deadline is Monday, April 15, 2013. These post offices are open until 9:00 p.m. and the post office at 7640 NE Airport Way is open until 10:00 p.m..
