Reserve a Meeting Room

The West Linn Public Library has meeting room space available to rent (no fee for non-profits).

Our primary meeting room space is the library's Community Room, located off the main lobby. Some amenities and equipment are available for use. Please refer to our meeting room information packet (see below) for information on usage policies and reservation procedures.

To reserve the Community Room, please complete and submit a meeting room reservation form (see below), along with any required deposits and rental fees. If you'd like to check on the availability of the Community Room before submitting your application, please call the Library at (503) 656-7853.

The Bamboo Room, a smaller study/meeting room located near the public computers on the main floor, is available on a first-come, first served basis during open hours.
