The West Linn Public Library will host a special exhibit featuring the Bull Run Powerhouse during the month of April. The exhibit will run April 3–30 in the Library’s Community Room which is open to the public when not in use, and always open on Sundays noon – 5:00 p.m. An artist's reception will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2:00-4:00 p.m.

The Bull Run Powerhouse Exhibit is the third Industry & Art project developed through a partnership between the Willamette Falls Heritage Foundation and Portland General Electric. Three historic Clackamas County hydropower facilities have now been documented in art: the T.W. Sullivan plant, the Hawley Pulp and Paper Company powerhouse (no longer in existence), and now the Bull Run Powerhouse, in Sandy.

21 artists participated in the April 30/May 1 Bull Run plein air event to gather images and artistic impressions of the historic site. The powerhouse was built into the wall of the Bull Run River canyon in 1912. It was built to generate hydropower, but with the recent removal of the Marmot Dam, the powerhouse has been decommissioned. As a creative means of documenting the site, PGE invited Willamette Falls Heritage Foundation to stage an art event there before the power plant changes ownership.
