Loving Wellness Connection Together Yoga (April 5-9)

I am here to remind you that the present moment is all that matters. Let us practice presence together, through mindfulness while releasing everything that no longer serves us. 

You can participate in all or part of these.  Please plan to use your own choice of gentle music or nature sounds in the background to provide you a much better sound quality of our Zoom meeting.

Loving Wellness Connection Together is being offered on a donation basis. No fee is required.
