Instructor, Surja Tjahaja

Surja Tjahaja holds a MBA degree in International Business from the University of Southern California. He has practiced meditation for over 16 years and is especially interested in how meditation promotes neuroplasticity and healing.
For the past eight years, Surja has taught weekly meditation classes at community centers in West Linn and Lake Oswego. His pragmatic approach to teaching mindfulness helps students learn how to apply classroom teachings to real life situations. Actively develop a healthy mind & body and remove stress with comfortable meditation postures. Good for all health conditions, pain management, and open to all abilities.
