Introduction
City Council set a goal to engage with the West Linn community on their desire to support a new Community Recreation Center to serve all residents. The City of West Linn's proposed Community Recreation Center (CRC) aims to enhance community well-being by offering a variety of recreational, educational, and social activities for all ages. The proposed CRC could include community gathering spaces, gymnasium, fitness areas, classrooms, and multipurpose rooms.

- Flexible, sustainable, and operationally efficient
- Maximize revenue and cost recovery
- Plan for future aquatic addition and associated parking
- Integrate into the park setting, including programmable outdoor space
