This award-winning restaurant has expanded into other cities, with chicken wings still front and center. Now you can bring this dish into your own kitchen. Learn how to perfect the marinade and master the right technique for double frying the organic chicken wings we use. You’ll also learn about the best brands to use for making the sauces. As an accompaniment, we’ll roast skewers of king oyster mushrooms with spring vegetables

KOI FUSION KOREAN BBQ SANDWICH & KIM CHI
Koi Fusion joined the food truck scene by the PSU campus ten years ago. Now, owner Bo Kwon has taken his Mexican/Korean-inspired menu into five Portland area restaurants. Our version of this exotic and delicious Koi Fusion sandwich will surely be a crowd pleaser in your repertoire. Learn how to make the authentic sauces and marinade using organic miso and fine quality sesame oil. You’ll also learn how to make a delectable Kim Chi using napa cabbage, garlic and the right kind of pepper.
