Share Your Skills

Are you skilled at canning, flower arranging, fishing, or something else you’re willing to share with the community? If so, submit an application below by Wednesday, June 29, 5pm to participate in Share Your Skills at the West Linn Public Library.

The goal of this program is to bring people to the library who are willing to share their knowledge, skills, and talents with others through library-hosted workshops. Workshops will be 60-90 minutes. Presenters  share their skills on a voluntary basis, however the library may be able to pay for any materials or supplies. Workshops should be targeted for adults.

Workshops will take place in the library's Community Room. Available equipment includes: tables, chairs, projector, screen, microphone, Blu-ray player, and podium. We also have a mobile kitchen.

Business owners: While we welcome applications from business owners, please note that you cannot actively promote your business during the program or collect contact info from attendees. You may leave business cards on a table for patrons to take. Acceptance of a program topic by the Library does not constitute an endorsement of the content of the program or the views expressed by participants; nor is it responsible for the factual correctness of the content of a presentation.
