City Council allocated an estimated $1,900,000 for the completion of the renovation of the Historic City Hall.

Project cost to date = $43,389

This project generally consists of interior tenant improvements to an existing historic two-story office building, including ADA improvement and wall reconfiguration. Exterior modifications, including stairs, awnings and modifications to storefronts and windows.

The bid process for the project closed on November 15, 2023. Eleven bidders submitted for the project. Bids for the project ranged from $1,550,245.00 - $2,762,470.00.  In the near future the project will move to City Council for the approval of a contract.
