WEST LINN - The National Weather Service is forecasting a period of freezing rain beginning tonight at 10:00 pm and lasting until 9:00 am tomorrow. They are calling for the heaviest amount of freezing rain to occur during the hours of 4:00 am to 9:00 am tomorrow.
Your West Linn Streets crew has already put down 450 gallons of de-icer on the snow routes and some of the other streets with steep grades. They have chained up two large sanding trucks and have a 4x4 pickup with a sander ready to respond.
