12:00 PM (Noon), Thursday, March 26th, 2009; at 2:00 PM the proposals shall be publicly opened and read. Proposals received after 12:00 PM (Noon) will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractors List shall be submitted not later than 2:15PM, Thursday, March 26th, 2009. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Street Maintenance Program 2009 Project PW0909” and addressed to the attention of Boris Piatski, P.E.
