Sealed proposals for the construction of the
Abernethy Bridge Transmission Pipeline Improvements project in the City of West Linn, Clackamas County, Oregon, will be received by the City of West Linn Public Works Engineering Division offices at City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, Box #800, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 (Telephone (503) 722-5501, Fax (503) 656-4106) until 2:00 PM, Thursday December 4, 2008. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Bid for
Abernethy Bridge Transmission Pipeline Improvements project”, and addressed to the attention of
Dennis Wright. First tier Subcontractor list complying with the provisions of ORS 279C.370 shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM, Thursday December 4, 2008, at which time the proposals shall be publicly opened and read.
