The West Linn Building Division reviews residential, commercial, and industrial plans, and issues structural, mechanical, plumbing, manufactured dwellings, grading/fill, and demo permits. Customers can call an after-hours voice recording inspection request line or leave a general message.
Inspection requests received prior to 7 a.m., will be handled the same day. Due to the high volume of inspections we can no longer do AM or PM preferences.
