The Department of Information Services (DIS) is responsible for all information technologies used at the City to provide quality services to citizens, visitors, business, and other City partners.
Services provided include:
• Strategic planning for the alignment of technology to key business objectives.
• Development and administration of technology policies and standards to ensure proper use of the City’s technology infrastructure, hardware and software.
• Planning and project management for the acquisition and implementation of new technologies into the City’s technology infrastructure.
• Management and support of the City’s technology infrastructure (including network, systems, data, internet, applications, desktops, peripherals, telephony, and mobile devices).
