Indictments Returned Against Suspected Drug Dealer

WEST LINN - Indictments were returned Monday against 18 year old Alex Christian BRADLEY. Mr BRADLEY was arrested during the early morning hours of July 7, 2009 after Officer Ryan LESMEISTER observed Mr BRADLEY and 31 year old Justin Alan BURKE leaving Mary S. Young Park after the park had been closed several hours yearlier.

The Grand Jury returned indictments for two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a school, two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance – Psilocybin, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Psilocybin, two counts of Furnishing False Information to a Police Officer, and one count each of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methadone, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Oxycodone, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – MDMA (Ecstasy).

Mr BRADLEY is currently being held at the Clackamas Count Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.
