We will watch a short section from the This Emotional Life DVD, then Surja will explain what is going on in your mind and body during meditation. The evening will end with a half-hour guided meditation followed by a Q&A. (No registration required.)
Surja Tjahaja has practiced meditation for over 14 years. He currently teaches classes in West Linn, Milwaukie, and Lake Oswego.
