Monday, November 17, 2008 at 6:45 a.m., Jason Andrew LEE, born in 1969, turned himself in to the Clackamas County Jail on a warrant alleging Hit and Run Felony. Bail on the warrant was set at $100,000.
On July 23, 2008 Glen Carl RIDDERBRUSH, 57 years old, was traveling north on I-205 approaching 10th Street when one of the tires on his Ford pickup went flat. He pulled to the right shoulder and got out to change his tire. While kneeling down to remove the lug nuts, his lower legs were struck by a Mercedes Benz which fled the scene. Mr. RIDDERBRUSH was transported by AMR to OHSU with non-life threatening injuries.
Days after the crash, Mr. LEE contacted the West Linn Police and brought his Mercedes to the department for inspection. During the course of the investigation, police determined Mr. LEE was operating the Mercedes when it struck Mr. RIDDERBRUSH.
