a. Special pre-app presentation for annexation of 19650 Suncrest (owner David Sparks)
and subdivision for 7 to 8 individual family dwellings, by Ben Altman, Sr. Planner,
of SFA Design Group – 30 minutes.
b. Neighborhood Representative to applications conferences report, if any, Karie
Oaks.
5. New Business:
a. Discuss whether or not to bring Ridgebrook Estates and the house at the Northeast
corner of Suncrest and Carriage Way into MNA.
b. Discuss budget planning.
c. Nomination of MNA officers, with the vote to occur at October 23, 2007 meeting.
