PROJECT: New Police Station Facility
Issuance Date: April 2, 2012
Proposal Due Date and Time: No later than 4:00 p.m. on April 24, 2012, at the West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Rd, West Linn, Oregon 97068.
The City of West Linn is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants; hereafter called “Proposer(s)” to secure design services for a new Police Station. Proposers with design experience of police facilities shall provide Architectural and Engineering services for pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration to complete a facility of approximately 23,500 sq/ft, to be located in the Willamette District of West Linn. The City will select the Proposer most qualified to perform the services described in the Request for Proposals, and which meets all relevant selection criteria.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 17, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Rd, West Linn, Oregon 97068. This meeting is designed to provide Proposers with the opportunity to ask questions about the selection process and the program.
