LAKE OSWEGO - On October 27 starting at 5:00 a.m. paving work will close the right hand southbound lane of Highway 43/State Street at the intersection of North Shore. Motorists traveling southbound on Highway 43/State Street should expect delays throughout the day and into the evening commute. The work is scheduled for one day only. Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes.
