This document is the City’s third Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) and has received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting with the GFOA. This Award is a prestigious national award that recognizes conformance with the highest standards for preparation of state and local government popular reports. In order to receive this award, a government unit must publish a report, with contents that conform to standards of creativity, presentation, understandability, and reader appeal.
This Popular Annual Financial Report is a high-level summary of financial information obtained directly from the City's FY 2010 audit document titled the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) which was filed with the Secretary of State-Audits Division in December 2010.
