WEST LINN - On Wednesday September 29, 2010 at 12:15am West Linn Officers took Josh Lee PETERSON (30) and April Rochelle ENELIKO (30) both of Burien, WA into custody for PCS heroin and methamphetamine and numerous counts of Identity Theft. The pair was stopped in the 22000 block of Salamo Road after making an illegal right turn. During the arrest procedure 3.46 grams of heroin and 2.28 grams of methamphetamine were found, along with several forged credit cards, and identity information for several hundred people, these are items commonly used by identity thieves. The suspects used forged credit cards at a local restaurant and gas station.
Both were taken into custody without incident and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail. They were formally arraigned on charges of Aggravated Identity Theft, Identity Theft (x3), and PCS Heroin and Methamphetamine. They are being held without bail.
"These drugs (heroin and meth) are showing up more frequently in West Linn" said West Linn Police Chief Terry Timeus, "At least these won't hit the streets." "The West Linn Police will be contacting the victims of the identity thefts, there is no need to call," said Sgt. Neil Hennelly, police spokesperson.
