On Saturday, May 15, 2010, at 12:39am, officers from the West Linn Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Beacon Hill Drive regarding a DUII driver crashing into a parked car. The driver left prior to the officers' arrival.
Witnesses on the scene told Offficer Lysaght the driver was Mr. Peachey, a West Linn High School teacher. Jonathan Michael Peachey, 28 of West Linn, left the scene and went back to a private residence in the area where he had been drinking earlier in the evening.
Mr. Peachey was located sometime later. After Officer Lysaght conducted field tests; Mr. Peachey was arrested, without incident, for DUII and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.
