The West Linn Police Department Detective Division is currently staffed by a Detective Sergeant and two Detectives.
The division is assigned all investigations including Death Investigations, Homicide, Major Assaults, Sex Crimes, Child Abuse (physical, sexual and neglect), Burglaries, Thefts and Fraud Crimes.
The West Linn Police Department supports and is a part of the Clackamas County Interagency Major Crimes team. Team members come from all of the Clackamas County Municipal Departments as well as the Sheriff's Office to provide a pool of trained investigators for major investigations.
