Is My Property Affected?

The City’s website also has maps that show in very general terms the affected areas.

Step 1:

Go to West Linn Interactive Mapping. Click “Accept” and the mapping program will launch in a separate window.

Step 2:

Click “Address Search”. Type your address. Click “find”.

Step 3:

Right-click and click “Zoom to” to see your property. Zoom in further if necessary using the plus tool at the top of the screen.

Step 4:

Once you have navigated to your house, in this photo attachment example, Tanner Creek Park at 3456 Parker Road check “Planning, Zoning, Environmental, Historic, etc.” under Map Contents at left.

Check “Significant Riparian Goal 5” and “Wetland Inventory 2005 Goal 5”. Uncheck zoning to make the map clearer. Make sure to zoom in on your property and you should see if a wetland, creek or riparian area impacts your property. (Wetlands are shown in brown.)
