The Planning Commission is a seven-member quasi-judicial citizen board appointed by the City Council.The Planning Commission has the authority to make recommendations to the Council on Comprehensive Plan Map amendments and zone change applications and decide certain land use applications. The Commission meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall*.

*COVID UPDATE: Due to state restrictions on public gahterings, West Linn City Hall is closed to the public until further notice. All Planninng Commission meeting will be conducted virtually via Webex. The public can watch PC meetings online at www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings or on TV Cable Channel 30.

To speak during a PC meeting, please complete the form located at https://westlinnoregon.gov/citycouncil/meeting-request-speak-signup by noon the day of the meeting to be input into our system. Instructions on how to access the virtual meeting will be provided to you by email before the meeting.
