WEST LINN – Applications for the 2013 Old Time Fair Court are currently being accepted from any 8th grade girl residing with-in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. Those enrolled in public, private and home school students are encouraged to apply. Application packets are available at West Linn City Hall at the Parks and Recreation Department or on-line at http://westlinnoregon.gov/parksrec.
Parents of prospective applicants are invited to attend an open house on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 6 – 7 pm. Members of the Old Time Fair Court Committee will present information about the application and selection process and responsibilities of serving on the court. Representatives with the 2012 Old Time Fair Court and their parents will be on hand to answer individual questions about their experience.
The deadline to return completed applications is Friday, January 25, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Selection interviews will take place Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at the McLean House beginning at 6:00 pm.
