This meditation practice is beneficial for people leading stressful lives as well as anyone who just wants to acquire lifelong skills of calming the mind, improving concentration, or coping with physical pain.
It’s a great way to improve your ability to deal with daily challenges, concentration, school/work/sport performance, relationship, and general happiness
The class will start with instruction, then a period of meditation, and close with a discussion about the challenges, experience, and benefit of the practice.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
