In 2009, the state of Oregon celebrated its 150th birthday. To commemorate the occasion the West Linn Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and Department organized Take Care of West Linn Day.

Take Care of West Linn day was a great day of beautifying city gateways and planters, building trails, and celebrating this exceptional community as volunteers from local organizations and businesses came out to work on more than 10 projects throughout the City.

If your organization would like to propose a project please contact the West Linn Parks and Recreation Department at 503-557-4700.

Your organization can choose to organize your own project, partner with another organization, or send volunteers to another organization’s project.
