Food Vendors
At the present time all current food vendors are being contacted for the 2012 Old Time Fair.
Non-food Concession Information
When you have read this over completely, fill out and return the attached application form. You will be contacted upon the approval of this form. If you have any questions, contact Tarra Wiencken, West Linn Parks and Recreation at 503-557-4700. Your concession or booth must be open during the hours of the Fair which are as follows:
Friday July 20, 2011 5 pm to 10 pm
Saturday July 21, 2011 11 am to 10 pm
Sunday July 22, 2011 11 am to 8:30 pm
The Fair Committee will continue the integration of food booths throughout the Fair
grounds to enhance the opportunities for fair goers, non-food booths and food booths.
CONDITIONS
The West Linn Old Time Fair agrees to provide the following:
1. Space in units of 10 feet (frontage) by 10 feet (depth).
2. Electrical hookup, 120 volt. All vendors must carefully consider the amount of power they will need. Do not bring additional electrical equipment. It would be greatly appreciated if you would minimize the use of electrical equipment whenever possible. Electronic cash registers are discouraged. If you would like to increase your electrical equipment, expect to be placed in the area near the stage where there is lots of power.
3. General overall fair lighting.
4. Entry pass for a single vehicle inside the fair area (must be in one hour prior to fair opening)
You agree to the following:
1. Furnish your own (as needed) booth, tent, tables, chairs, signs extension cords and special booth lighting.
2. The fee for one 10' x 10' space is $100 for the fair. Additional space available as the same rate (5’ x 10’ =$50 or 10’ x 10’ = $100)
3. Space assignment will be mailed to you. Booth set up may begin, after noon, on Thursday, July 16. If a returning vendor, please indicate if you would like the space you had last year.
4. Payment must be in full and received by July 9 to ensure your space. No refunds will be made.
5. Booths cannot be dismantled or closed prior to the hours stated above without prior permission from the Fair.
6. Vehicles must be in the parking lot one hour before opening of the fair each day. If your vehicle is not removed one hour prior to the start of the fair it will be towed by the police department.
7. NO SPECIAL PARKING IS PROVIDED FOR NON-FOOD CONCESSION VENDORS.
8. Payments must be by check made out to the West Linn Old Time Fair. Your check is your receipt.
