Blackboard Music presents the Saturday night dance at the Main Stage. Blackboard Music has been providing music and Dj services for the 789JAM organization in West Linn for the past 10 months with great success.
What is Blackboard Music?
Blackboard Music has been providing safe, fun events for teens in the Pacific Northwest for more than a decade. Our specialty is hosting dances for teens, and they love us! Last year, we put on more than 150 events for teens which drew in excess of 30,000 teens in the Portland Metro Area alone!
What kind of events are we talking about?
We offer DJ'd dances, events that combine recorded and live music, small private parties for teens and related special events. We can handle any type of special event for teens, no matter how large or small, and can customize any event to meet your needs. With our roster of outstanding professional DJs and lighting experts ready to serve, no event is out of our range. We can handle multiple weekend or weekday assignments, and you'll always have the very best professionals at your event, making sure it's an occasion to remember!
Can you give me some specific examples of your events?
You bet! Our major events have drawn thousands of teens to concerts that featured live performances by such national recording artists as Rhianna, Mario, Natalie and Paula DeAnda. At the same time, we have helped revive Middle School sponsored dances throughout the Portland area, because we know the music that kids today love to listen and dance to! This ability to handle any assignment has led to ongoing contracts with clients throughout the region. Those clients for teen dances include The Multnomah Athletic Club, Clackamas Parks & Recreation, The Hoop in Beaverton and Gresham Youth Sports Alliance. On the other end of the spectrum, we put on family-and-friends birthday parties for teens almost every weekend. Planning and hosting 13th and 16th birthday parties are part of our regular schedule.
