    The West Linn Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the city government. It has jurisdiction over all city ordinance and state law violations committed within the city limits, other than felonies.

    If you have received a citation but are not sure how to proceed, the back side of the citation will explain your options.

    Municipal Court Judge Heather Karabeika was elected in March 2008. She previously served as the interim presiding judge and the pro tem judge for the West Linn Municipal Court.

    The majority of cases heard in Municipal Court are traffic infractions.

    The West Linn Municipal Court office is open Tuesday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays. Traffic arraignment times are on Thursday at 9:00am (last name beginning A-L) and 10:00am (last name beginning M-Z). For criminal and non-traffic arraignments, the Thursday time is 11:30am. Court Trials and Pre-Trial Conferences are handled on Thursday afternoons at 1:30pm.

    The West Linn Municipal Court is located on the 2nd floor of the West Linn City Hall building at 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon 97068. It is situated adjacent to the Safeway shopping center at the top of the hill on Salamo Road. The 10th Street freeway exit off of 205 is most convenient access point to Salamo Road.
