The West Linn Municipal Court is lead by our Court Administrator who is committed to the professional management of our municipal court operations. Fran Blake brings to the City over twenty years of municipal court experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, is certified in the Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) administered by the Oregon Department of State Police, and is a member of the following associations:
• Oregon Association for Court Administration (OACA)
• National Association for Court Management (NACM)
