WEST LINN - The City of West Linn is pleased to offer free movies in the parks during the summer of 2012. Parks and Recreation has designed a complete reformat of this popular program to bring the Movies in the Parks to local neighborhoods throughout the City. Instead of presenting all of the movies at Mary S Young Park, like in the past, the City will project movies onto a 9 foot by 16 foot screen at seven different parks this summer. Once again the City is asking the community to vote on the selected movies to be shown this summer. Winners of the community vote will be announced on June 1, 2012.
