Applications are accepted for current openings only. To apply for a position, you must complete a City of West Linn online application and any required supplemental materials. Incomplete application packets will not be accepted.

Applications must be received by the closing date and time posted on the job opening. Applications will not be accepted after posted closing date.

The City of West Linn now offers online applications through NeoGov. Create an account for the online application system. Once your account has been created, it can be used to begin new applications, save and resume existing applications, and view applications already submitted to West Linn and many other local government employers.

Veterans Preference: The City of West Linn provides qualifying veterans and disabled veterans with preference in employment in accordance with state law. Any candidate wishing to have their qualifying veteran’s preference applied to the process must submit a qualifying document (DD Form 214 or 215) at the time of application, providing proof of eligibility that includes discharge status. Disabled veterans must also submit a copy of their Veteran’s disability preference letter from the US Department of Veterans Affairs at the time of application, unless the information is included in the DD Form 214 or 215.
