The Billing Department is responsible for all accounts receivable functions, including utility bills and business licenses.

West Linn residents are encouraged to participate in the direct deposit payment program opportunity; download and complete a form today to begin having your bills paid automatically from a bank account of your choice.

Reduced city billing rates are available to residents on an application basis only. Residents must download and complete a reduced billing rate application and supply tax return information to be eligible for this program.
