Systems Development Charges

Attached below is the Systems Development Charges (SDC) section of the centralized fees and charges document for the City of West Linn. All SDCs are compiled in this document. It is amended periodically by City Council resolution.

These SDC tables reflect the "phased-in" changes effective January 26, 2010 and April 13, 2010. They also show the estimated inflationary increases that will be effective July 1, 2010 following the Engineering News Record Construction Index (20-city average).
