Delivery of budget message to Citizens' Budget Committee

At the first meeting of the Citizens' Budget Committee held on April 27, 2009, the City Manager delivered the budget message in accordance Local Budget Law. This Powerpoint presentation helped facilitate the discussion of the challenges in balancing this budget, the preparation of a biennial budget, and delivery of budget documents to each committee member.
