Each month, West Linn residents pay a maintenance fee that is used solely for parks maintenance projects in West Linn. A portion of the parks maintenance fee will be used to pay debt service on a $500,000 bond for the construction of new restrooms and wading/spray pools at Willamette and Hammerle parks.
