WEST LINN - Newly elected City of West Linn officials will be sworn in at a ceremony at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2011.
The ceremony will be held in the West Linn City Council Chambers at 22500 Salamo Road.
Three elected officials will be sworn in during the ceremony: Municipal Court Judge Heather Karabeika and Councilors Jody Carson and Mike Jones. Karabeika and Carson are both incumbents.
Mayor John Kovash will administer the oath of office to Judge Karakeika, who will then administer the oath to Councilors Carson and Jones.
A reception will follow the swearing in ceremony.
