ORDINANCE NO. 1268
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.25 OF THE WEST LINN MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE ARTS COMMISSION BY INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP
WHEREAS, in 1988, the City established a commission to encourage opportunities for a recognition of arts in the West Linn area and to perform other functions; and
WHEREAS, the commission now consists of five members; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to increase the membership to from the commission to seven; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF WEST LINN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.25.010 A. is amended to read as follows:
“A. The mayor shall appoint, subject to the advice and consent of the City Council, a City Arts Commission consisting of seven members who live or work in the City of West Linn.”
