Summary:
City of West Linn currently has a contract with Clackamas County for Juvenile Diversion Services.
Approval of this Intergovernmental continues the cities participation in Juvenile Crime prevention plan.
Reduces the City of West Linn’s fiscal responsibility by $5356.00
Recommended Action:
Staff Recommends Council approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Clackamas County Juvenile Diversions Services and the City of West Linn and authorize the City Manager to sing the IGA
