City Wide Trails Master Plan

The West Linn Planning Commission is considering a proposed 50-year, City-wide trails plan that provides for connections between homes, schools, parks and other important community destinations. At public hearings on June 15 and June 22, many residents testified or submitted written comments regarding the proposed plan. The Planning Commission closed the public hearing on June 22, 2011, but left the record open for written testimony until midnight on Tuesday, June 28, 2011.

Following their work session on Wednesday, July 6, 2011, the Planning Commission requested that staff and the Parks Board look into the issues raised by the public and the Commission and propose appropriate revisions to the proposed Plan. The Planning Commission will reevaluate the Trails Plan once these revisions are complete.
The PC record is closed at this point. For more information, contact Ken Worcester, West Linn Parks and Recreation Director at or Zach Pelz, Associate Planner at
