The City established a Historic Review Board in October 2010. It consists of seven members with three-year terms, with staggering for the initial terms. The Historic Review Board serves as a review body and conducts public hearings for projects in the Willamette Historic District, Willamette Falls Drive Commercial District, and for local landmarks throughout West Linn. Its other duties include reviewing related amendments to the City’s Community Development Code and recommending the adoption of incentives or guidelines.
