Applicant proposes three separate additions to an existing residence at 5650 River Street.  1) A 65 sq. ft. addition at the front of the house below the existing roof overhang and over the existing outdoor entry area to facilitate a new entryway.  2) A 67 sq. ft addition at the east side of the house, at the existing garage to facilitate additional garage space. 3) A 78 sq. ft. addition on the west side of the house at the bedroom side to facilitate space for a larger master bathroom and closet.   Pre-Application Information
