Master Plans

Master Plans are a City's comprehensive long-range plans intended to guide growth and development of the community or region and include analysis, recommendation, and proposals for the community's population, economy, housing, transportation, community facilities, and land use. The Master Planning process concludes with a Master Plan document that describes, in narrative and with maps, an overall development concept including both present property uses as well as future land development plans.
